By accessing and using Onto AI Labs' services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Onto AI Labs.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and your acceptance constitutes the organization's acceptance.

Onto AI Labs provides AI-powered economic analysis, risk management solutions, and data science services including:

• OntoRM Platform: Risk management and economic forecasting tools powered by artificial intelligence.
• OntoIRM Platform: Integrated risk management solutions for enterprises.
• Advisory Services: Strategic consulting for investment banking, private equity, and corporate finance.
• Training Programs: Educational workshops and courses in data science and financial analysis.
• Custom Solutions: Tailored AI and machine learning solutions for specific business needs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data.
• Not use our services to transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breaches.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Access to certain services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our paid services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
• Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to:

• Software, algorithms, and artificial intelligence models
• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and audio/video clips
• Reports, analyses, and data visualizations
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names

are owned by or licensed to Onto AI Labs and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our explicit written permission.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to our services. By submitting data, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing and improving our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onto AI Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Investment decisions or financial losses based on our services
• Service interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in data or analysis
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use our services will immediately cease
• We may delete your account and data after a reasonable grace period
• All provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally.
• Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Istanbul, Turkey.
• Jurisdiction: You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Istanbul, Turkey for any matters not subject to arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will notify you via email or through our services
• Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.
